    David Rusick

    Dr. David Rusick was raised in southern California. And left the sunny beaches of California to pursue his career in Chiropractic. Dr. Rusick headed east to Dallas, Texas where he attended Parker Chiropractic College and graduated in May 2001. He started his first practice in Goodyear Arizona in October of 2001.  Since then he has seen a variety of conditions and people.  He understands that every person is different, and seek help for a variety of chiropractic issues. Dr. Rusick uses his diagnostic expertise and over 12 years of clinical experience to assess every persons unique health care needs. If you are experiencing headaches, neck pain, back pain, or even painful peripheral neuropathy, we can help! Even if you are just looking to improve your overall health and wellness. Rusick Chiropractic is here to help you reach your goals. At your initial visit Dr Rusick will explain how chiropractic works and how it can work for you. He will take time to explain your options and see if our solutions are a good fit for you and your family. If it is a good fit, we will customize a plan based on your condition and health care goals. B. Daniel Bishop, MD:

  Dr. Bishop was raised in Utah. He graduated from Bountiful High School in 1989 where he enjoyed playing football, volleyball and spending time in the mountains. After a two-year mission for his church in Norway, he returned to Utah and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interpersonal and Small Group Communication from the University of Utah. Dr. Bishop attended medical school in Portland, Oregon at Oregon Health and Sciences University and followed that with a one year internship in Internal Medicine at Saint Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona. A three-year residency in Emergency Medicine in Jacksonville, Florida at the University of Florida, Jacksonville campus was completed and Dr. Bishop then moved back to the Valley of the Sun to start practicing. He has been an attending physician at Saint Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center since that time.

  Dr. Bishop still loves the mountains and outdoors in Arizona and spends his free time with his wife and children hiking, biking, running and exploring together. He also engages in the community by participating in civic, charity and church organizations.

David Rusick, DC:

Dr. David Rusick was raised in Costa Mesa, located in sunny southern California. Being raised in California he has always had a passion for good health and living an active lifestyle. He loves anything that has to do with outdoor activities.  Upon graduating high school, Dr. Rusick served a 2 year mission to Caracas Venezuela. He loved this experience which solidified his desire to help others in all aspects of life.  After returning from his mission in Venezuela, Dr. Rusick attended Utah Valley State College where he studied Pre-Med/Pre- Dental courses with the final goal of becoming a Doctor of Chiropractic. In 2001, Dr. Rusick completed his goal by graduating from Parker Chiropractic College with a Doctorate in Chiropractic. After graduation Dr. Rusick was able to serve another short Chiropractic mission to Cusco, Peru. Where he a was asked to treat patients that had no access to chiropractic heath care before.  It was an experience he will never forget and was just the beginning to his now 17 year career as a Doctor of Chiropractic. Dr. Rusick has lived in Arizona since 2001 where he has been in private practice since he left Chiropractic college. He has been member of the Arizona Chiropractic Society and a member of the Arizona Association of Chiropractic where he continues stay up to date on the latest techniques and procedures that chiropractic has to offer.  Dr. Rusick is very excited about the future of chiropractic and what it can do to help others reach their personal healthcare goals.

David Ketchum, DC:

Dr. Ketchum graduated for Life University School of Chiropractic in Atlanta, GA in 1997. He has worked in multidisciplinary settings for most of his career, focusing on ways to mobilize the most possible resources available for his patients. Dr. Ketchum was the team chiropractor for the Las Vegas Wranglers (ECHL hockey) and the Las Vegas Gladiators (ARENA football) from 2003-2006. He is currently a member of Pro Sport Chiropractic and volunteers at various sporting events and rodeos across Arizona. In addition to volunteering at sporting events, Dr. Ketchum enjoys spending time with his wife and kids as well as volunteering in community and church organizations.

John Hayes, DC:

Dr. Hayes was born in Arizona and, with the exception of training and missions, has lived here his entire life. He graduated from high school in Peoria and attended Glendale Community College before serving a 2-year mission for his church in Argentina. After returning, he finished his undergraduate studies and entered Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. After graduating with his doctorate in Chiropractic, he started private practice in Flagstaff. He moved back to the Valley of the Sun and started practicing in Peoria. Throughout his career, Dr. Hayes has continued learning and pursuing education in nutrition, physical therapy, sports medicine, spine trauma and antiaging among other areas.

Dr. Hayes enjoys spending time with his family, off-roading, rebuilding old cars and serving in his community and church.
